Our participation at the recent Gluten Free Expo in Sydney can only be described as a full success. We sold out of all the stock we had. After exhibiting at four consecutive Fine Food trade fairs this was our first consumer fair we attended and we were unsure what the response would be - and it was overwhelming.
Understandably there is a need for all people affected by the coeliac disease to be very aware of what they consume, but we were completely surprised by the awareness and knowledge of all visitors to our stand.
