New gluten free range

After the successful introduction of the new wildbite gluten free range at the Sydney Fine Food Fair last year in September we are now specifically targeting that market segment with a general PR promotion. Keep an eye on articles in trade specific magazines and the culinary sections of newspapers.
Our aim is to create biscuits suitable for the gluten intolerant consumer providing authentic flavours and texture. This is beneficial for those who have coeliac disease or for anyone who needs to eliminate gluten from their diet due to other health reasons.
Our gluten free biscotti are also dairy free and 96-97% fat free. They are GM free and do not contain any artificial colours or flavours.
Our vision is to cater for the health conscious consumer and for those who have specific dietary needs, but still wish to have that tasty 'treat'.
