Wildbite has been selected to present their products as part of a Regional Food & Wine Showcase at the NSW Parliament House. Initiated by the Department of State & Regional Development (DSRD) as part of the ongoing commitment to promote the Northern Rivers food producers and manufacturers, the Parliamentary Showcase will be a week-long food & wine event. Starting with a specially designed lunch menu for 200 selected invitees on October 22, regional products will be featuring in the parliamentary dining rooms. The selected participants will attend the launch and present their companies and products to a captive audience of food experts.
