Executive Head Chef Detlef Haupt has been instrumental in including 'wildbite' biscotti in the 2007 menu compendium for the Sydney Conference and Exhibition Centre.
A selection of our best selling flavours are now being served as part of the in house catering for conventions and functions at the numerous facilities throughout the Darling Harbour attraction. The selection was made on the basis of our unique Australian bush food influenced flavour combinations, the choice of natural and organic ingredients and quality of our products. This gives wildbite the opportunity to have their biscotti exposed to a large number of national and international visitors and conference participants.
