The Fine Food Fair in Melbourne delivered what it promised.
More than 30.000 national and international visitors came to see what 900 plus exhibitors had to offer. Wildbite was represented at two locations, the colourful NSW Regional Food stand and also at the Austrade stand. Strong interest from local Victorian and interstate visitors and referals from Austrade of international buyers directed to the stand had us running.
The most evident about Melbourne was the fact that there is an understanding of what genuine 'biscotti' are all about and that there is an intrinsic relationship between a good caffe and a crisp biscotti.
Nothing is superior to dunking a uniquely flavoured biscotti into a coffee and allow the two flavours to merge.
