After the encouraging response from trade customers and distributors at the Fine Food Fair last year in Sydney ‘wildbite’ launched their new packaging to complement the tremendously successful and unique flavour combinations of the wildbite biscotti and cookies. Wildbite is offering the market a range of biscotti with a focus on healthy enjoyment. All biscotti are entirely dairy-free and also available in a gluten free version.

Biscotti have developed into a new favourite of the US speciality café market and the Australian coffee lovers are also starting to savour the crispy and healthy morsels. Distribution channels are now set up in metropolitan Sydney, country NSW and during the Fair you might have met our Queensland distributor present at our stand.

wildbite has also expanded their range of cakes and slices available in the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast areas. Individual cakes and food service catering slices are now available to food service customers.

Wildbite also launched its new web presence at www.wildbite.com.au . With the generous support of the Department of State and Regional Development and the highly regarded skills of Rochfort Design Management we are now operating a fully-functional ecommerce website. Wholesale customers are able to place their orders online. This a fast and efficient 24/7 service enabling you to order anytime during or after business hours whenever it suits your timetable. Many of our regular customers have already started to take advantage of this and are very happy with the order and confirmation process this service provides.
